- All the best books on VC++ assume prior knowledge of C. Get a good book
- on C - I used "Using C" by Atkinson & Atkinson (QUE), which also covers
- C++, though not VC++. However, it is quite old and a little out of date
- so don't rely on it to teach current practice...
